Payment

Shipping and Delivery

- For undeliverable shipments, you may be charged additional shipping fees for re-attempted delivery. Refused orders may be refunded minus restocking fees and return shipping costs.
Returns and Refunds
- If you are unsatisfied with products received, please contact Care Touch® to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All products must be returned unused in original packaging. Custom, engraved, used, damaged, or missing items cannot be refunded.
- Refunds for returns shall be issued to the original payment method. Allow 2 billing cycles for credit processing.
- Orders canceled prior to shipment may be refunded minus restocking fees up to 25% of item price. Custom products are non-refundable.
- Exchanges will be processed after receipt and inspection of returned items. You may be liable for return shipping costs.
- At our discretion, refunds or replacements may be issued for defective or damaged products. Please save all packaging materials until issue is resolved.
Limitations on Liability
